We coordinate the execution planning of the suppliers and ensure maximum cooperation between all parties and that the project goes according to plan. This includes monitoring the on-site installations and implementation of the suppliers. In addition, we control and coordinate the commissioning and testing phases, provide support for acceptance procedures and organize the training of your key users early on. This is how we ensure acceptance of the project by your employees. We also support you after the go-live and ensure an organized and stress-free startup.
